Changed your mind? We've got you. We want you to feel right about every pair you buy from Rabbat.
Items may be eligible for exchange or return within [X days] of receiving your order, provided they meet the conditions below.
To be eligible
The item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with its original box, tags and accessories
- Free from damage, stains, odors or signs of wear
Trying shoes on indoors for sizing is okay. Wearing them outside is not considered a try-on.
Exchanges
Need another size?
If your requested size is available, we'll help arrange an exchange. If it isn't available, we'll provide the applicable alternatives based on our return policy.
Limited & special items
Certain limited, special-release, discounted or final-sale products may have different return conditions. When applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Shipping fees
Unless the item received was incorrect or had an issue attributable to Rabbat, delivery and return shipping costs [are/are not] refundable.
